流行性感冒（簡稱流感）是流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染，也是一種傳染性強(qiáng)、傳播速度快的疾病。其主要通過空氣中的飛沫、人與人之間的接觸或與被污染物品的接觸傳播。典型的臨床癥狀是：急起高熱、全身疼痛、顯著乏力和輕度呼吸道癥狀。一般秋冬季節(jié)是其高發(fā)期，所引起的并發(fā)癥和死亡現(xiàn)象非常嚴(yán)重。該病是由流感病毒引起，可分為甲（A）、乙（B）、丙（C）三型，甲型病毒經(jīng)常發(fā)生抗原變異，傳染性大，傳播迅速，極易發(fā)生大范圍流行。甲型H1N1也就是甲型一種。本病具有自限性，但在嬰幼兒、老年人和存在心肺基礎(chǔ)疾病的患者容易并發(fā)肺炎等嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥而導(dǎo)致的。

（cerebellum）位于大腦及枕葉的下方，恰在腦干的后面，是腦的第 二大部分。小腦由左右兩個半球所構(gòu)成，且灰質(zhì)在外部，白質(zhì)在內(nèi)部 。在功能方面，小腦和大腦皮層運(yùn)動去共同控制肌肉的運(yùn)動，籍以調(diào) 節(jié)姿勢與身體的平衡。前腦（forebrain）屬于腦的zui高層部分，是 人腦中zui復(fù)雜、zui重要的神經(jīng)中樞。前腦又分為視丘、下視丘、邊緣 系統(tǒng)、大腦皮質(zhì)四部分。1．視丘（thalamus）視丘呈卵圓形，由白 質(zhì)神經(jīng)纖維構(gòu)成，左右各一，位于駢胝體的下方。從脊髓、腦干、小 腦傳導(dǎo)來的神經(jīng)沖動，都先終止于視丘，經(jīng)視丘在傳送至大腦皮質(zhì)的 相關(guān)區(qū)域。所以說視丘是感覺神經(jīng)的重要傳遞站。此外，視丘還具有 控制情緒的功能。2．下視丘（hypothalamus）下視丘位于視丘之下 ，是自主神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的主要管制中樞，它直接與大腦中各區(qū)相連接，又 與腦垂體及延髓相連。下視丘的主要功能是管制內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)、維持新 陳代謝正常、調(diào)節(jié)體溫，并與生理活動中饑餓、渴、性等生理性動機(jī) 有密切的關(guān)系。3．邊緣系統(tǒng)（limbic system）邊緣系統(tǒng)一般認(rèn)為包 括視丘、下視丘以及中腦等在內(nèi)的部分。邊緣系統(tǒng)的主要功能為嗅覺 、內(nèi)臟、自主神經(jīng)、內(nèi)分泌、性、攝食、學(xué)習(xí)、記憶等。邊緣系統(tǒng)有 兩個神經(jīng)組織，即杏仁核與海馬，前者關(guān)系情緒的表現(xiàn)，后者與記憶 有關(guān)。4．大腦皮質(zhì)（cerebral cortex）是大腦的表層，由灰質(zhì)構(gòu)成 ，其厚度約為1到4mm，其下方大部分則由白質(zhì)構(gòu)成。大腦中間有一裂 溝（大腦縱裂，longitudinal fissure），由前至后將大腦分為左右 兩個半球，稱為大腦半球（cerebral hemisphere）。兩個半球之間 ，由胼胝體（corpus collosum）連接在一起，使兩半球的神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo) 得以互通。1. 大腦感覺不到疼痛盡管是它負(fù)責(zé)處理來自其他身體部位 的信號，但就大腦而言，奇怪的是，它竟然無法感到疼痛。2. 壓力可 導(dǎo)致大腦萎縮若干研究已經(jīng)得出結(jié)論，壓力對我們的大腦有著負(fù)面的 影響，可減小大腦體積。
