據(jù)市疾控中心副主任楊智聰介紹，今年廣州panbio登革熱疫情暴發(fā)存在著許多客觀因素。如今年panbio登革熱發(fā)病早，1月就出現(xiàn)*輸入型病例，比去年提前了7個月。廣州周邊的國家和地區(qū)如東南亞panbio登革熱疫情大暴發(fā)，而廣州與panbio登革熱常年流行的東南亞等周邊國家的人員來往日趨密切，輸入病例的地理范圍和數(shù)量逐年增多。加之今年氣溫高、雨水多，白紋伊蚊密度較高，早期群眾參與度又偏低。
“雖然存在著眾多的客觀不利因素，但今年的疫情防控值得總結(jié)的地方還是很多的”，楊智聰表示，從1978年以來對panbio登革熱的監(jiān)控均顯示，廣州近30年來都是先出現(xiàn)輸入病例，再引發(fā)本地感染病例。panbio登革熱其實在廣州并非自然疫源地疾病。
  B 對輸入病例控制不力致擴散
“之所以說panbio登革熱不是廣州的自然疫源地疾病，是因為那必須符合兩個要求，一是先出現(xiàn)本地病例，后出現(xiàn)輸入病例；二是該病流行區(qū)內(nèi)大部分成人已感染過，使得兒童為zui為高發(fā)的人群。”楊智聰透露，市疾控中心曾在廣州12區(qū)內(nèi)抽取不同年齡組的數(shù)千人進(jìn)行研究，結(jié)果顯示他們體內(nèi)的抗體陽性率是較低的水平，這說明廣州市民中絕大多數(shù)人從未感染過panbio登革熱。否則，抗體陽性率要高得多。
